PopCap Launches Vacation Quest – The Hawaiian Islands for iPad

PopCap Games, the worldwide leader in casual video games and a division of EA, today announced the global launch of Vacation Quest – The Hawaiian Islandsfor iPad.  Based on PopCap’s memorable seek-and-find title for the PC, and adapted specifically for iPad, this family-friendly game can be downloaded for free from the App Store on iPad, or at www.itunes.com/appstore/.  The game includes an in-app purchase option of $4.99 that instantly unlocks dozens of additional levels of gameplay adventure.

In Vacation Quest – The Hawaiian Islands, players are granted a passport to the world’s most exotic tropical locations as they search for hidden clues to extend their vacation and unlock new adventures.  Players explore 28 island scenes in search of more than 2,300 hidden objects; find the seashells in each location to earn bonus days and tour new sites; fill their vacation journal with achievements; and go for a Perfect Search to boost their score.  Adding to the fun, adventurers can kick back in untimed Vacation mode, or compete against the clock in their own tropical paradise!

Players can enjoy plenty of game content and action with the free download of Vacation Quest – The Hawaiian Islands, which includes 9 scenes/locales and three mini-games.  Players will also have the option to make an in-app purchase of $4.99 to unlock the remainder of the game’s content, which includes 19 additional scenes, over 2000 unique items, four additional mini-games, and two additional game modes (Unlimited mode + Replayable Match 3 mode).
