Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Kinect – Just as Bad as it Sounds

Despite all that talk about the Kinect being dead and hopeless those four crazy turtles we all know and love are here to set the record straight… or not. In a surprise reveal, but not yet properly announced, Xbox Achievements flipped the lid on the upcoming game, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Training Lair, by dropping the achievements list today.

400 Gamerscore points racked up with 12 achievements that see you flogging dorky pictures off to your Facebook not once but up to 10 times. Images later revealed show a man fighting off Pizza Hut boxes and toxic canisters in a rather low end quality looking sponsored gimmick of a game. It might be too early to pass judgement but when you’re offering 40 gamer points to throw 10 pictures of yourself beating pizza boxes on to Facebook it certainly comes across as a pathetic marketing campaign.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is slated to hit theatres in North America on August 8th and the safe bet is that this monstrosity will probably hit our Microsoft consoles around the same time. Who’s excited?
