At 11:59 p.m. on Monday, September 8th, Future Shop is offering the ultimate entertainment trifecta: late-night openings nationwide at select stores for the highly-anticipated releases of Destiny, NHL 15, and Captain America: The Winter Soldier.
As three of 2014’s biggest releases in home entertainment, Future Shop will be hosting midnight launches nationwide to get these hot titles into the hands of Canadians first. Destiny launches as an all-new game series developed by the team that created Halo, and has gamers defending the last remaining city on Earth from nefarious forces.
Making their midnight debut alongside Destiny is the DVD, Blu-ray, and 3D Blu-ray release of Captain America: The Winter Soldier, as well as the latest iteration of the long-running hockey game series NHL 15 – featuring gameplay aspects that have been redesigned for next-gen consoles. Both of these titles are available to Future Shop customers in an exclusive, limited edition, collectible SteelBook case. The NHL 15 SteelBook solely features Montreal star defenseman P.K. Subban on the cover, clearly checking aside the other cover athlete to the delight of many.
Additionally, the first 20 customers at each store that buy both NHL 15 and Destiny together will receive a $20 Future Shop Gift Card.
TheYonge and Dundas kick-off party begins at 9 p.m. on Monday, September 8. Doors open at all midnight opening stores on Monday, September 8 at 11:59 p.m. for one hour only.  If you attend the kick-off parthy you’ll get to experience the following:
