343 Industries, developers of upcoming game Halo 5: Guardians, has announced that the Xbox One will get a Limited Edition console to mark the launch of the game, which is scheduled to release in October.
Studio Head Josh Holmes, speaking via his Twitter page, said that “there is a limited edition console coming, yes. It hasn’t been revealed yet, but it’s pretty sweet.” Holmes spoke in response to questions from Halo fans as to whether such a special console was planned at launch.
A recently-released Trailer for Halo 5: Guardians has shown UNSC Elite Manhunter Spartan Locke hunting Master Chief. Halo 5: Guardians is scheduled for release on October 27, 2015.
