Tekken Project has tweeted that next week they will be announcing something significant related to the Tekken series:

The above tweet reads as “In celebration of 20 years of Tekken Project, on Tuesday, July 7th 2015, there will be an important announcement. Please look forward to it! #Tekken7”
This could very much be the awaited console release date announcement for Tekken 7 fans have been anticipating. Tekken 7 made it’s way to Japanese arcades back in March, but there has been no news for a console release or a localization for the west. We’ll just have to hold our breath and await what Tekken Project has in store for us on July 7th!
