New Pokemon World Champion Crowned

Congratulations to Japanese Pokémon trainer Shoma Homami, who has been crowned 2015 Masters World Champion.

In other winners, American Patrick Martinez took out the senior TCG division, and fellow U.S. player Jacob Van Wagner was the winner of the masters TCG division. A Canadian, Rowan Stavenow, was the junior TCG division winner.

In the video game divisions, another Japanese player, Kotone Yasue, took home the junior crown, while Briton Mark Mcquillan won the seniors.

The grand prize winners earned the title of Pokémon World Champion, scholarship money, an invitation to the 2016 Pokémon World Championships, and a Pokémon World Championships trophy that featured Pikachu.  Check out the full recap below:
