Introducing Lumo – One of the First Games of 2016

Rising Star Games claims that Lumo will be one of the the first great games of 2016. That explains why they were so keen to sign a partnership with Triple Eh? Ltd to publish it. It is the reason that Lumo is coming to multiple formats – PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation Vita, PC, Mac, and Linux – early next year, so as many people as possible can play it.

Lumo
Drawn from the mind of Gareth Noyce – former Ruffian co-founder, now head of Triple Eh? Ltd – Lumo has the kind of charm that absolutely anyone can enjoy. Consider it a fresh, modern take on the classic isometric adventure style, but also a love letter to the golden age of British game development (the 80s) and everyone that made it so great. Players can spend hours exploring over 400 rooms, finding secrets and solving puzzles, or they can hunt for all the subtle and not-so-subtle nods to the days of the UK’s Sinclair ZX Spectrum Personal Computer and beyond. What you get out of it is entirely down to you!
If nothing else though, Lumo proves one thing: labels are redundant when you’ve got quality. Forget all of those PR buzzwords you hear these days – great games are great, no matter how much they cost to create or how many people make them. You won’t see RSG classify Lumo as indie, retro or anything else that might see people pigeon-holing it off-hand. We simply want you to see it as the first great game of 2016, hands down.
